outlook express not responding

i have sbc high speed internet and have a wireless mouse. after leaving my computer for a while and it is still on and then i go back to it and go to outlook express it has a message telling me it is not responding. i can't seem to get on any websites either. i can go internet explorer but not my sbc homepage. can anyone tell me what the matter is? thanks nl

nl, sounds suspiciously like a nasty at work. If I were you, think I'd do the various scans to be sure of a clean machine.
