outlook express not responding

Outlook express was working fine this morning but now when I try to get into my email it just hangs there with the hourglass. I tried going to add/remove so that I could repair Internet Explorer as you had recommended to someone earlier, but there is no listing for Internet Explorer. Please help me. Thank you.

You can't repair IE using Winxp. Try doing a system restore. When all is said and done More is said than done..
