My mouse stopped zooming email text in Outlook Express (Ctrl+Mouse Wheel) some time back but I've not been able to fix it. It works in other programs, such as IE & Firefox. Strangely, it does work in "OE > Rt click an email > Properties > Details tab > Message Source".
I guess Outlook Express is suspect because the Ctrl (+ or -) keys don't work anywhere in OE either, not even in Message Source. I have no other OE problems.
Any thoughts/ideas please? I found one similar instance in Google but no responses. It is the same with any mouse, USB or PS/2.
