I would think if you can receive and not send, you have the smtp server set up incorrectly. Check your ISP server for SMTP server.

The error message is as follows: Can not find script file sbc\connection manager\sprt\htmlagent\vbs\tsoe.vbs. I hope someone knows what this means. Do you know if connection manager is part of WinXP or SBC global network?

I am getting the same error message when Outlook Express Sends/Receives mail. The error doesn't seem to prevent me from sending or receiving but it is really annoying.
