I've been tryring to send some pics and OE states they are 'unsafe attachments' and removes them from the message. Is it the size? My camera takes pictures with sizes from 500 KB to 800 KB. Would that be the problem?

Its better to go for Mozilla Thunderbird, a substitute for Microsoft
Outlook.
You can download it from this link.

The following is probably worth a 'try':

Start Outlook Express.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Security tab, click to clear the Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus check box under Virus Protection, and then click OK.
