I am having problems with receiving emails with outlook express. I did try this method. I renamed many files old. After doing so I received ad e= error from outlook express saying the program is not configured properly and needs to be reinstalled. I found my XP disk and no progress. Now I used restore mode and I am back to square one. I will try your method and let you know.
