Outlook Express 6 Wont Send JPEG

Outlook Express 6 wont send jpeg attachments. I have saved them to the smallest size possible. I have changed my server timeout to 5 minutes, and changed the text to plain from HTML. Also disabled the option for Norton Antivirus 2004 to scan outgoing messages. Can send mail without attachments just fine.

can you send other types of attachments? are there any error messages? can you send attachments to other people? Some mail servers strip attachments. Does the mail in the "sent items" folder have the attachment or is it stripped? OE has some security setting concerning attachments in /tools/options/security you might want to look at. In the end I think it will either be a pro with your anti-virus or the mail server of the intended recepient.
