Outlook express 6 slow to start !!

I'm having trouble with OE 6 in XP. The thing is that it talkes about 10 minutes too start. Do you have any ideas about it ??

I have the same problem on another pc only on one specific account it takes about 2-3 minutes to respond at all.On the other accounts it works fine.I deleted the account and recreated it under a different name and picture because it was so buggy and it still is.I guess that is sony for ya. The ones I build work fine .
