Hi Stephen,
Ask your ISP for the incoming and outgoing mail such as POP1.???? for incoming mail and SMTP1.??? for outgoing mail or whatever they tell you, that's all you need.Cheers de Peter

Hi Peter,
Thanks for your response.
I fail to see the problem coming from ISP. With the same settings (outgoing and incoming mails) Eudora works on the same WinXP box.
Previously IE6 also worked in this box. For unknown reasons it could not work yesterday. Nothing has been touched on IE6 setting. I re-checked it.
Do you know how to re-install IE6 or better to erase it to get back to IE5.5, more stable.
Thanks in advance.
Stephen Liu
