Outlook cannot reply

A friend of mine is having a bizarre problem with Outlook that I have never come accross.
Apparently, when she goes to reply to an emil, instead of it replying to the sender it inserts the email address her old ISP gave her.
There is no way of editing or deleting it either, so she has to write a new email.
Has anyone come across this before, or have any ideas as to the problem?

Check the mail server assignments, sounds as if she's still hooked up to her old ISP server, either POP3 or SMTP, probably the latter.
