I have a Calendar that was set up in Outlook 2000 on my old PII computer running Win98. The times are scheduled for three different conference rooms. I got this new computer. Has Outlook 2000 installed on it also. I copied the Outlook.pst from the old computer to the new computer. It worked fine. THEN, I noticed that some of the scheduled time blocks on the new computer were wrong in the Outlook Calendar. Not ALL of them but most of them. Some were 1/2 hour off. Some were 2 hours off. I didn't notice any pattern to which ones were wrong. I went through the calendar which is still on the old computer and compared the scheduled times to the scheduled times on the new computer. I got them all straightened out. Wheeew. Nice to have it backed up. Not Done: Today, I noticed the time showing on the clock in the corner of the new computer was off by an hour. I went in and set it to the correct time. Figgered it must be a daylight savings thing. I had it enabled to syncronize with the Internet Time thing that is built in to WinXP, but now the box to change time for daylight savings time was not checked. I thought the box HAD BEEN checked but it was not now. I clicked the box to update for daylight savings. The time changed on the computer. I UN-clicked the box. No change in time. Anyway, messing with the clock. THEN I looked at the times in the OUTLOOK Calendar which I just spent the last couple of hours setting straight and now they are all messed up again. &$%*&@%^*^&(((%^!%$#. What is there about changing the time on the computer that would mess with the times blocked out in OUTLOOK calendar? And move the blocked out times around? I now have to verify every one of these appointments for the rest of the year, AGAIN. HELP!!!
