Hey guys,
I created a folder under archive folders called BackupMails...
I was wondering if it is possible to copy everything in the BackupMails folder and burn it onto a CDR which can be retrived later if needed to???
I would be appreciative if could help me with this one....Thanks Jase

Of course you can do that. Use the File/Export option to save the folder as a file. You can select which program or file type you wish to save the data in.
Or, you can just copy the archive.pst file to your CD.

Yes, you can do that. However be aware that burned cds sometimes give the attribute "read only" to your files. So if you see they don't want to import back into into your email program, you might have to copy all files from the CD to your desktop and change all files attributes. It's happened to me before.

Microsoft has a free backup program for Outlook and it works well.
I have used it a couple of times to restore data after a crash and it runs with no problems.
There is another commercial program available too and it also works well but it is not free.
I regularly copy those backups to a CDR.
