outlook asks for password

Specs: Windows XP
i installed sky broadband (was with ntlworld) i get emails in 3 inboxes. outlook express, microsoft outlook & sky. no problems with receiving & forwarding with sky. i open my messages with the other 2 but cannot forward any because i am asked for my user name & password repeatedly. with outlook express a pop up window reads at the top 'logon imap.tools.sky.com' but in the body it reads 'logon pop.tools.sky.com' server 'smtp.tools.sky.com' a similar problem also with microsoft outlook. sky help desk have tried but were unable to solve my problem

Are you using POP or IMAP email? You need to make sure the outgoing and incoming servers are configured properly. Did you bother checking their site? I found this: http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skyc...
