You can run Outlook Express even if Outlook 2007 is installed. From the start button > Programs and Outlook Express should be listed. If you want to remove Outlook 2007, go to control panel > add/remove programs and then microsoft Office 2007 and click change button. Select add/remove features and deselect Outlook 2008.

Outlook doesn't take up that much space. It's the size of the email boxes that use the space. How large is your pst file? Have you thought about cleaning it out?

Personally, I'd never use any other email client. I've been using Outlook for over nine years; tried many others; ALWAYS come back to Outlook.

Just for future reference though, these types of questions should be asked in the Office Software Forum.

Life's more painless for the brainless.
