Hi all,
I am having some problems with users using outlook 2003 in Japan. They have there own exchange server just so you know.
The problem we are having is when emails are recieved from people often in Japenese the reply to address has incorrect characters, including question marks. So you cannot reply to the email.
Example (From: =?iso-2022-jp?Q?=1B$BA0EgD>=3FM!J=1B=28BNL=1B$B85RBP1~@=5F7W%A! [mailto:%`=1B=28B?= =?iso-2022-jp?Q )
Is this the problem of character encoding?
I can see iso-2022.
Do you know why this happens?
Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
The problem only started happening a month ago and im not sure what has changed.Many Thanks for your help.
