Hi,
A wee problem that is driving me mad!

Outlook continually prompts for a password on send and receiving, even though the password is actualy filled in. I hit Ok and it goes through.

I have 5 POP3 Accounts and it happens on 2 at a tiome, different ones every time.

I've duplicated the account, and even the profile but to no avail,

Any one know how to sort this?

Are all of you POP3 / SMTP settings for the same ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Are the the email addresses different?

Thanks Tufenuf but i tried that.

My problem is slightly different in that the password remains filled in, that whats makes it so strange!

I get the password prompt, the password is filled in already, i just hit ok and it goes through ok.

Really annoying.......
