Comment:

I get an error message whenever I open Outlook 2002. It says it can't open the extend.dat file. I click ok, and it proceeds to open up Outlook. It works fine, but the error message is so annoying everytime. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks in advance for anyones help

Joel

It's easy:

You will need the CD for this tip.

Load Outlook 2002, and go to the Help Menu "?" in the menu bar, there you may find the option "Detect and Repair" or so (dont remember in english how it was.. :)
Now Outlook will try to restore, and repair the program from the CD without erasing anything. You may also find a fix for damaged .PST files in case you need them.

Good luck,
Steve
