have Windows XP SP3, and Office XP Professional. My system is a Pentium 4 3 GHz, 2 GB RAM.
Outlook 2002 is not responding, I have been using files that I copied from Outlook 98 in their own folders. I had moved some data from these folders to the “new” Outlook. I noticed that I have two, Outlook Today Personal Folder, folders.
It started by hanging whenever I was trying to look into some Drafts in some folders and now it just does not respond at all. It starts and when I press to select any feature, it hangs. I tried looking into Microsoft web knowledge and I used the solution where they recommend running ‘regedit” to delete some registers and later run a Office XP repair. That worked a couple of times but now it doesn’t work anymore. I also uninstalled Office XP and reinstall it again without any luck.
Is there anything else I can do to get this problem solved?
Do I need to uninstall either Outlook or Office XP and reinstall them again?
How can I remove Outlook or Office XP “completely” and reinstall them again so there is no previous reference to the files I was using?
Thank you
