Outlook 2002: Missing Attachments

Comment:
When I send attachments in Outlook 2002, the attachments do not appear to the recipients of my message, though they do appear in my sent message and if I blind copy myself. Even Outlook Express (bundled with Windows 2000), doesn't work. I also use a web-based mail server based on NT which indicates there is an attachment, but it does not appear in the body of the message or anywhere for download. Any ideas? Thanks!

Check the Security Tab to make sure you don't have it set to prevent sending files that MS considers dangerous.
It's set to strip off the attachments by default.
