Outlook 2002 language problem

Ok I have office XOP installed on my XP system. Everything is ok in outlook except when I go into contacts and try to send an e-mail the language changes from the default. My default language is french and it changes to english automatically. Does anyone know how to keep it from changing to english without removing the english language

Darren: check that your preferences are in the right order on your browser;

click IE Tools, Internet Options, General tab, Languages button.
