I still cannot find a viable solution to Outlook XP taking 2-4 minutes to open in other profiles. I have posted this here and elsewhere before to no avail.It continues to open in less than 5 seconds on the Admin profile but forever on anyone elses.This is regardless if the others are signed on or logged out.Any ideas out there? Thanks, Jimi_l

Tools->Options->Other
After unchecking this, all ops returned to normal and Outlook opens in a heartbeat.
