Is there a plugin that somebody knows about that filters the outgoing mail? There is a company that does not want their users to be sending email everywhere but only to the people they are authorized by the plugin (password protectec a +)
I have the emails with gmail apps and configured with outlook, the users do not have access to web just outlook so I need to configure that they can only send emails to the same @domain.com, let me know.
Thanks,
Juba

Is "password protectec a +" the name of a plugin or software program? I'm not clear on that.
Is the company running an Exchange Server? Email limitations are normally set on the server end, NOT the client.
Just for future reference, Outlook questions should be posted in the Office Software Forum.

Sorry about the post in the wrong way I was posting an old post that it did not let me reply in those days it was less sections.
"password protected a+" this is that if the plugin has password protection will be better so the user cannot just edit it.
The emails are with gmail apps and they check them via ms outlook.
Thanks.

I am looking for a plugin or software for ms outlook that does not let the user email nobody else but the same domain emails, thanks.

From what I understand, you're allowing the users to setup their email with gmail accounts, which means they have access outside their local network. So are you asking how to prevent users from sending email to anyone other than gmail accounts?
As far as I know, there isn't any plug-in that will do this. You would need to setup a mail server (Exchange and Outlook go hand-in-hand) and limit the outgoing mail at the server level. On a business level, why would you want to do that?
I don't think there's a way to do what you want the way the system is currently set up.

If they don't have access outside the local network, how are they able to connect to gmail's servers?
