Look for the similar label on the outside of your computer.
Quote the specific model number - that's at the end of the first line.
Quote the Product number - that's on the third line.

Did you access it while booting the computer ?
(The option to access it is built into the bios version)
Or - did you insert a HP Recovery CD, and if so, what is the labeling on the CD ?

Are you able to get into Windows when you try booting the computer normally despite the error ?
If no, have you tried loading Windows Safe mode ?
Press F8 repeatedly while booting, don't hold down the key, and when the Windows loading choices menu appears, choose Safe mode or Safe mode with networking
