Why don't you simply delete the items in there? I don't understand what the problem is.

Yes I can delete them manually.
I send close to 20-30 messages/day.If I don't delete them manually from Outbox, everytime I start MS Outlook it tries to send all the messages sitting in Outbox(previously sended)
I scan for viruses and system is clean.

Change Outlook to send immediately instead of sending to queueing in outbox. That should fix the problem.

I think there is also a setting that keeps a copy of all messages sent. Check around in the preferences.

The Outlook sends messages, but instead move them from "Outbox" to "Send Folder", they are still remaining in "Outbox"?
I've also checked the preferences and there is an option to leave a copy in "Outbox"
It's unchecked.
I know the viruses edit registry for "Outbox" to keep it alive and spread accross.
There was a virus removed 4 months ago and system worked fine untill today. It's viri free by now, but I'm afraid that the registry key hasn't been fixed properly last time.
I just don't know where to look in registry for Outbox in OfficeXP nor I couldn't get the Microsoft response?

Thank you all for your input :-)
