OSD.exe error

I see a message saying that OSD.exe cannot be loaded because Kernel36.dll was not found.
Any advise please?

You are running Windows XP ? You might try this fix I read if you are ...
Start, RUN, type CMD or command.com, OK
then after command prompt type "sfc /scannow", enter. Original Win XP disk must be inserted. Takes a few minites to replace corrupted or missing system files.
