I use Autopatcher and this is your best bet.

You can get all of the Windows updates since Service Pack 2 was released to August 2007. Download the August core version from here...

TommyP's HFSLIP is another good alternative.
You can even create a fully slipstreamed CD which has all your patches on it!!

If you are interested in only the post SP2 patches then select the Hotfix update lists on the left of the webpage of above website and select the appropriate list.

Alternatively here is the link for all post SP2 patches (Tomcat76's Windows XP SP2 list) as listed on the above site:
