when my pc is turned on, two options come up which asks me to choose either Windows XP OS or Windows 2000?...the win 2000 dont work...i just want the comp to start straight to windows xp and skip the Selection step. is there anyway, i can delete the second OS..pls help..thanx.

edit the boot.ini to remove the windows 2000 entries and from xp desktop open my computer,and right click the partition with 2000 and choose format

to edit the boot.ini go to :
right click My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Startup and Recovery: Settings > System Startup: Edit

This will open boot.ini in Notepad for editing.
