Alright I am looking to optimize my PC for gaming, I have pretty good hardware i'm using a GeForce 2 Ti 64MB DDR, video card and see above for processor and ram info. Basically I wanna know what are the best utilites to unload all the TSR's and background apps so I can get the most out of my system when playing games, I just want to unload unnessacery programs when gaming and reload them when i'm done, what are the best memory and cache optimizers, etc. and What are the best Overclocking utilites for my specific video card, thanks a bunch.

You don't need any utilities, just go to Administrative Tools - Services and shut down any services you don't need. Here is a great guide to all of them:
