So my friend has a computer, and she gets this error, and gets redirected to some optimizer page. It's confusing, but does anyone know how to completely get rid of this optimizer.exe file?

its an ad program, you dont want it. go to www.lavasoft.com and download ad-aware to get rid of it. or search google for "spybot S&D" that is a good program to remove ads as well
