Specs: WinXP MCE 2005, P4 Dual Core 2.8 Gig-3G.B. DDR RAM
When I go to Start/All Programs /Accessories /Windows Explorer,it opens it minimized on my toolbar in My Documents ? I was wondering if there is a way for me to have it open in its own pane on my desktop maximized ? I use Window explorer alot to look at the details of new installs and exsisting program files and folders!Directions on making a window pane view the default way Windows Explorer would open on my PC would be greatly appreciated ,if possible ?
Thanks to All ,
Nick

"When I go to Start/All Programs /Accessories /Windows Explorer..."

Why are you going about it that way?

Just right click on Start, then click Explore...if Windows Explorer doen't come up as you want it, maximize it, then immediately close it. After doing that, right click on Start again, click Explore...what size is it?
