Open- Start\Program\Folders

Hi, I used to be able to click Start\Programs and then RIGHT click a given folder in the Program menu and choose Explore or Open,but now nothing happens.I can still rename, delete and all the rest of the options but not open or explore.This happends only in Start\Program>any folder.I think some where in the registry needs to be edited I know my way around the registry somewhat. Thanks David

I had this problem once before...but I can't remember exactly how I solved it. I believe it was a fix from this webpage #18, second column--it wouldn't hurt to try #198, first column--maybe a workaround?
