How do u open a port on a router so the public can have access to a Counter-strike server

That should be easy, but you didn't mention what kind of router you have.
For US Robotics:
open your browser(you don't have to be online)
Type in you router IP address (192.168.123.xxx)
This should give you a login window. I hope you did change the default "admin" password. Hackers knows about it. Anyways, once you in, do all you want with your ports.

If you actually wanted to know how to create a rule to open a specific port your best bet would be to open the manual.

This is weird. A guy earlier today asked the exact same question without saying what router he is using either. These guys must think there's a bunch of mindreaders here.
