open links from outlook in IE

when i click on a link in an email, for example www.computing.net, it will open in netscape. i dont like netscape and always use IE, so can someone help me make the link open in IE please, thanks in advance

You need to set your default browser program. Right click the internet explorer icon on the desktop and select properties. Go to Programs tab, at the bottom of the Window you will see a check box for "Internet Explorer should check to see if it is the default browser". Check this box and click OK. Now start IE from the desktop icon and it should prompt you to make IE your default browser.
