To start i have this 3d card
Riva TNT 2 PRO (Winfast 3D S320 2) made by Leadtek
I have downloaded the latest driver for it detonator XP and it runs perfect on my AMD Duron 800mhzNow while im playing half-life or counter-strike etc. in Open GL it crashes within 5 minutes of play.
I had this error message th 1st time it crashed : problem with nv4_disp
In direct 3d and software modes it dont crash but dont run as well as Open GL
I have not overclocked my computer i have tried everything i can think of but the problem persists
I really need help

it happens to me once in awhile... espcially when i exit the game it just freezes up.. which sux big time... i was running 2k once and it was perfect.. but with xp... it sux in away.. bust most of the time it works
bye
back to work

I have similar problems. I have downloaded the latest XP drivers for my GeForce2MX card and reinstalled Half-life. Soon after any mod starts loading it crashes to the desktop. Sierra, of course, is of absolutlely no help! I want my DoD and CS!

My CS tends to crash also when im exit
the game! This is the only time that
my XP really f---s up permanent!
Bad!

My CS suffers from the same problem. I am running win98se and winxp pro and they both crash at opengl. Anyone got an idea?

Yeah Yeah, I goto my config then choose Open GL, i try to enter a game i get an error and it closes, really pisses the S*** outta me..

Same problem since I installed XP. I downloaded the 23.11 XP detonator and always the same problem, the game freezes with a sound loop. It says it is a video card driver problem, but I think it is an IRQ problem. I have a chipset sound blaster audio systemthat uses IRQ10 and so does my Geforce2MX too. I thought that XP could manage two peripheral on the same IRQ. But I tried to change IRQ for my video card, but I can't change it, can someone tell me how in XP?

My CS also hangs after like 5 min's of play... The sound loops but i get no error messages. I have Windows XP and Riva TNT/2 M64...
