Open File With Exe File Command for batch

Specs: Windows XP, 3.0/512
I need a command line for bat files .
I want an Exe file open a target file . For Example I write >>> Open "target.img" With "XnView.exe" . then I save this code as a bat & when I run it the target file will open with My exe file . I don't mean association , I want write a code for One file Only to be open with a software .

It should be in the form:

<path1> XnView.exe <path2> target.img

It is important that there is a space between .exe & <path2>

The rest is a matter of syntax but this will cause XnView to run target.img (assuming the two are compatible).
