Could be temporary problem...

Has it been like this for a while or has it just occurred?

It's worth trying another browser as a comparison, but if your problem has just happened today or so, I've had reports of Facebook being very slow at times, with some games taking forever to load - if at all.

You could change your settings to http instead of https, its in the settings tab. I would use https if there is no difference.

I'm sure it's not just Facebook that's slow. You need more memory, LOTS more memory. "448 Megabytes" isn't nearly enough to run XP decently. Your board accepts up to 2GB of either DDR1 or DDR2, I suggest you max it out. And if you're using the onboard graphics, you should install an AGP video card too (Unichrome graphics sucks). Doing those 2 things will make a huge difference in performance. BTW, why have you never updated to SP3?

Well I changed of browser and facebook run good without any problem. It seems when using IE some problems arise so it is better using Mozilla or Crome.
thanks to all
