Every time I try to view an online video my computer freezes and it takes around 20mins for it to process Ctrl+Alt+Delete. The video only gets as far as 'Connecting'then freezes. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks. Ell

Is the video integrated on a web page, or is it trying to open Media Player? You don't mention which browser you're using, nor what type of net connectivity you have, but have you tried another browser?
