Its your windows messanger. Not msn messanger though. Go to administartive tools. Either through control panel or it should be in programs somewhere. In tools click services. Scroll down to messanger and double click it. Now press stop and pick disable and no more pop ups. Also you should go to control panel and to network connections. Right click on your connection and go to properties. Now disable the file and printer sharing for micro.... Its one the leading causes to viruses and hacker entrances into your comp. (just liek the messanger)

These 4 easy steps will turn off the messenger service used to send messenger service popup ads.
The Messenger service is not related to Windows Messenger or MSN Messenger:

Go to Start, then Run and type in services.msc Click Ok Scroll to Messenger,
select it, right click it and choose Properties.Under startup choose "Disabled", then choose
Stop.When stopped, click Ok.

There your done. You shouldn't get anymore of those pop-ups
