One Email 100 times

Hey guys,
I just encountered this problem. I use microsoft Outlook 2003 on my XP home machine and I use my Yahoo Plus mail accout for it.
My brother yesterday sent me an email and it has been coming ever since. He sent it from Yahoo.com and I am receiving the same message with the same time every 1 minute when Outlook does the automatic SEND RECIEVE.
Now I have the same email in huge numbers... Can that be a virus or something or did I do something wrong?

your outlook pst file may have problem
you can try create a new account for receiving your brother mail.
