i accidentaly deleted my audio device now i dont no what to do with myself

just reboot & the device *should* be redetected. Depending on what you did, you may have to reinstall the audio/sound drivers.

Run system restore & revert the system back to a state before you "accidentally deleted" the audio device & quit spamming the forum okay :-(

If your sound is still listed in Device Manager.
Go to control panel and open System Icon -

Hardware Tab - Device Manager - Click the + Plus sign for Sounds.......... -

Right click Realtek AC 97 (or whatever sound you have) - Left click - Update Driver.

To update you will need the CD that came with your computer.
Just follow on screen directions.
