the OMFG LOOK! virus was on my computer through AIM. i deleted AIM completely and now every time i try to redownload it it says that there is "an instance of the program running somewhere" i dont have AIM at all anymore and it says that i do. also..what is safemode? any help would be greatly appreciated..norton can't seem to be able to delete things.
