OLK34 folder?

Hi

We have MS outlook that we use to check email, we I get an attachment like MS word, I open it and then click on save as, it shows a folder in my profile,under temp intenet files/olk34 folder. Why I can't see this using explore folders and I have unchecked hide system file.
