OLEXP6 font retention problems

Since I installed XP-SP1 - my OLEXP6 will not allow me to change fonts or sizes when creating a new message - also the "folders" array on the left side of the window will not "open-up" unless there are unread messages in them... I just installed OLEXP SP1 - didnt fix the problems - any ideas? Regards Charlie
