One of my users is using offline folders on their laptop for their "My Docs" folder. It throws up errors for .pst .mdb files etc. When I went to take off the offline tick for these files the option is greyed out. I have tried copying the files and starting again but as soon as I rename the copy to "My Docs" it has the same problem. Is there a key/record somewhere which keeps an index of the offline files/folders which possibly has become corrupted?? If so where is it and can I delete it? Thanks
