Office XP w/o SP1 was installed on a Win XP laptop. An attempt was made to install Pub. '97 and bootstrapper error closes setup. When an attempt was made to add SP1 bootstrapper error closes install. When an attempt was made to reinstall Office XP, you guessed it, bootstrapper error closes setup. This is a nondistributed install from CD. What's the deal?
