I am trying to install Microsoft Office XP Small Business Update SP3, I currently have SP-1. Every time I try and insall the update from Microsoft I get the following error message below.
The path 'Microsoft Office XP Small Business' cannot be found verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'SBERET.MSI' in a folder from which you can install the product Microsoft Office XP Small Business.
I put in the Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 1 disk and no luck and tried to find the package in the Microsoft folder on my hard drive, no luck as well. What can I do? I even looked on Microsoft pages to post a e-mail question they do not respond. Also, this Office XP disk came with my Dell package, do I have to find the update through Dells service center?
