Since installing Service pack 2 (Win XP) whenever one tries to access an image in clipart the system freezes, or slows down to a snails pace... I run a network of identical PC's and every one is experiencing the same problem. Windows firewall has been turned off. I'm also running Office XP with service pack 3. Can anyone offer suggestions?

daveycrocket, lots of folks have reported problems with various things since getting SP2. Take a look at : http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=884130 and see if you can find a viable answer there. Seems to me that I recall inability to see pictures is one of the problems they're working on. Use another program to open them? HTH. Ed in Texas.
