One of my users uses the Microsoft Office Training programs online:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/t...

However, when logged on as her, when you click the "Practice" button (which is supposed to load an applet), nothing happens. It works on that computer for all other profiles. I've tried resetting her internet settings, and done an office re-install and a detect & repair. She has all major updates on her PC ... but logging on with her profile on that PC, the button will not click.

I realize this is kind of a lame question, but she's been bugging me to fix it for some time and I haven't been able to figure it out.

Applet is usually a java issue. Is any security setting in IE or is java installed. Install latest sun java as admin and let her log back on as user.

In IE->Tools->Internet Options->Advanced

Scroll down to Microsoft VM and "Check"
Java Console Enabled (Requires Restart)
And
JIT Compilier for Virtual Machine Enabled (requires restart)

This may help the user.
