Comment:

In office 2003, click on a hyperlink in a message, ...sometimes... office 2003 will shutdown. Not all hyperlinks do this. all upgrades to office 2003 and win xp are installed. this behavior just recently started after I selected an "unsubscribe" link in msg I was gettig from one of the travel agencies I subscribed to. Have run ad-aware with latest definitions to clean spyware, still not removing the issue.

By "Message" do you mean an Outlook email message? And what exactly shuts down?

Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
