I'm building a couple of PC's and want to put XP Home or Pro on the systems, as cheap & legally as possible! Can anyone please tell me if there are any companies (UK Based or that supply to the UK) that sell OEM operating systems and/or the lisences? I've tried the usual places, but they are not much cheaper than buying from a shop! Any help appreciated.
£77 and £119 you will not get much cheaper, even if you buy second-user............

Just a word of caution. These are OEM versions of Windows and as such should only be sold with hardware. However, that is mainly the sellers problem, not the buyers.
As it is an OEM version, you will not get any suppoert form Microsoft, they will tell you to go back the hardware vendor. But thats no great loss as you can get all the support you need here.
Just one more thing to be wary off. It could be a copy of a corporate version. The corporate version came with a liscence that allowes multiple installations. You may have problems downloading an installing updates from the Windows Update site. It will expect you to be using the corporate update which is a pain if you are only updating one copy but a godsend if you many copies to update.
